Quick and Easy Bagel Breakfast Sandwich Recipe​​​​​​​
Ingredients:
2 bagels, sliced in half
4 slices of bacon
4 eggs
4 slices of cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat the Hamilton Beach Dual Breakfast Sandwich Maker.
2. the machine is heating up, cook the bacon in a pan until it's crispy. Set it aside.
3. Crack the eggs into a small bowl and whisk them together with a pinch of salt and pepper.
4. Pour the eggs into the egg compartments in the Hamilton Beach machine and close the lid.
5. Cook the eggs for 4-5 minutes, or until they're fully cooked.
6. Remove the eggs from the machine and set them aside.
7. Place the bagel halves, cut-side up, in the sandwich maker and close the lid.
8. Cook the bagels for 2-3 minutes, or until they're toasted.
9. Remove the bagels from the machine and assemble the sandwiches.
10. On the bottom half of each bagel, place a slice of cheese, followed by a cooked egg, two slices of bacon, and another slice of cheese.
11. Top the sandwiches with the remaining bagel halves.
12. Place the sandwiches in the sandwich maker and close the lid.
13. Cook the sandwiches for 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bagels are crispy.
14. Remove the sandwiches from the machine and serve them immediately.
